MEP DESIGN CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Designing of entire MEP systems, prepare detailed set of drawings, establishing implementation standards, drawing up of specifications. The work involves detailed design of MEP systems, preparation of design brief reports, development of concept designs, preparation of detailed tender drawings, specifications and bill of materials, technical comparison of bids, recommendation of vendors, quality audits at site, witnessing commissioning, signing off the close out documents etc.
DUE DILIGENCE AND FEASIBILITY STUDY
We conduct feasibility studies and Due Diligence of prospective premises from an MEP Services point of view.
The work involves detailed study of the base infrastructure, its compliance to Client’s requirements, identifying gaps and devising mitigation strategies.
We have conducted Gap analysis and Due Diligence studies for reputed corporate houses in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Dhaka etc…
PEER REVIEW OF MEP DESIGN
The work involves review of design load calculations, drawings, specifications, bill of quantities, method statements, operating logics etc.
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING CONSULTANCY
The work involves detailed and comprehensive testing and commissioning of Critical and non-critical MEP infrastructure. It includes preparation of test procedures, formats, reviewing of design documentation, identify and mitigate risks in terms of T & C and maintenance, conduct meetings with vendors and set expectation of T & C, witness Testing & Commissioning of all the MEP services in detail, submit the report and assist in close out.
INTEGRATED SERVICES TEST (IST)
The work involves understanding the design, prepare strategies and formats, simulate failure scenarios and identify the recovery process etc.
TECHNICAL AUDIT
The work involves risk analysis of MEP infrastructure from the perspective of single point of failure, life safety, probable failures due to site constraints etc.
