IBS GULF DESIGN PRIVATE LTD (IBSGD) is a Design Engineering Consultancy Organisation, specialising in Designing of Building Services such as Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines (MEP services). The company was established in Jan 2009 headquartered at Chennai to cater to Indian business needs.

IBSGD has a very experienced team to meet the requirements of its customers. The team has rich experience covering all facets of a project such as Design Engineering, Planning and Project Execution, Procurement, After-sales service, Product Sales, Tendering and Testing & Commissioning, across multiple global locations. With vast experience cutting across multiple disciplines and multiple global locations, the team is able to complement each other with their distinct areas of strength and expertise. Learning and training are ongoing activities at IBSGD which ensures that the team is abreast with the latest developments in the industry.

H SRIRAM

  • A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA with 33 years of work experience in MEP Industry. Worked in Contracting for 19 years and Consultancy for 14 years

  • Rich design experience and hands on experience on Project implementation.

  • Exposure to working in Far East Asia, Middle East Asia apart from South Asia with sound knowledge of Regulations, Codes and Standards adopted in different countries.

  • Member of ASHRAE, ISHRAE, FSAI and an Accredited PMP.

L RAMASWAMY

  • A Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 25 years of work experience in the MEP industry.

  • Worked in various disciplines – sales, design consulting, project execution, project management, planning and after sales service.

  • Responsibilities include leading the projects from the design side by acting as the ‘Single Point of Contact’ for Clients, providing direction for the design team in terms of concepts, overview of Design process, review of design documents, site visits for clarifications and quality checks.

  • Has rich experience in contracting, project management, and after sales service as well.

  • Very good communication, technical, interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Very good knowledge in Design softwares

  • Working knowledge in 2D and 3D design environments

  • Member of ISHRAE
